The eyes are too far apart, the lips are too small, and they didn't even try to make her look Asian, which is a big part about the character, since Jim Lee changed her from being a Brit.
The figure is simply just a cheap cash in by someone who never looked at the comic book.
Very important elements were left out.
And honestly, did they really need to give her such a generic anime looking face? It'll look way out of place in most any Marvel collection. Might as well make her 1:15 scale too.
There are quite a few anime/manga styles that have noses.
