Just got my shipping notice for Origin Leonidas, better late than never I guess.

The Japanese reviews have left me completely gutted, however. The paint on the final product looks nothing like the promos, and I was really hyped for metallic reds and not ass matte burgundy. Fingers crossed it's not a fragile mess in addition to being ugly.

While I wish the beast arms could transform to be even longer, and I HATE the exposed wheel on the beast abdomen, this figure grasps the ZOIDS/mecha beast aesthetic much nicer than Their Leonidas did.Makes me wish we could get a mulligan that actually had the Liger Zero-esque alt-mode implied by Don's design.
