Glyarmor is....okay. It's not revolutionary, and it won't change the way the figure feels or the way you build. But if you don't have any, it's kinda neat the first few times. Biggest reason to get it IMO is the Varteryx head, which is cool as hell.
Zeroids are kind of tough to build with in my opinion, lots of the pieces are kind of awkward feeling. But maybe that's just me, if you're really creative with builds then getting new pieces to build with is never a bad thing. In the right hands they can create magic.
