Look at them. Why are they using guns and phallic objects to assault ghosts? This is just more problematic symbolism and violence from the patriarchy forcing itself on women.
Clearly they should put away their male designed guns and deal with the ghosts as sensitive women. They should asks the ghosts if they have any triggers and then talk about their problems together in a circle of comfort and acceptance.
