I found about three rubbermaid bins full of beanie babies recently, my grandmother's compulsive-shopper collection. Most are ziplock-bagged and many are in doubles (presumably one for me, one for my cousin, the only other grandkid). It looks like most are from the first couple batches, there's a bunch of the teenie beanies too that I think are from the first set. Do people still buy these things? I've never seen anybody buy/sell them today 20+ years after the craze.
