>>7743989I dont know really, I own a few myself and I boil it down to a combination of utilizing a fun play feature and just being a generally strange concept altogether. I would have never though a sack of corn syrup would be a fun toy but they've been one of my favorites for as long as I can remember. There really isn't much else like them, especially nowadays when toy shelves are clogged with tie in licensed IPs and what not. And also Im just happy to see such a retro concept take new life again.
