>>10426547This isn't by any means perfect but it was rather simple. I did use a motu figure as a base, and an alt color Shao Khan mk11 McFarlane for the body armor. The head I didn't like from the motu so I grabbed a random Marvel Legends Thor and swapped it which is why the skin tones don't match. Which bugs me and I may start over again some time. Maybe my haphazard poor attempt can give you ideas to make yours better. If I was starting now I'd look over the normal sized He-Man figures available to try and find one that best looked like Simon instead of trying to head swap.
For the Vampire Killer I really wanted to get a cheap jewelry cross to use for it but couldn't find any that were a good size or that I even liked the look of. So I just cut away at He-Mans sword and attached the chain. The spiked ball was a small jewelry piece which worked well enough. For Richter if you don't mind soft goods you could try finding a figure with a bare upper body, white pants lower body, and buy a blue trench coat. Rip the arms off and cut up the bottom and you'd be set.
