Went out to Target hunting to try out the new McFarlane line. They didn't have anything out yet but a helpful employee came was nice enough to go pull the two boxes for me. First box was nothing but modern and TaS Batman. Second one had Superman and the rest. Grabbed Superman since he's the best looking one of the figures I saw. Debated Batman but I really have the head and mask.
Superman is pretty standard for your $20 action figure. My only real gripes are the single jointed elbows and the fact he doesn't scale with the rest of my collection. He could also do with thigh swivels. Hopefully Todd fixes these few flaws and then actually makes more than one figure per wave look decent. The Timm designed figures were terrible looking and Modern Bats has the worst head ever. If I were to purchase a Timm style Batman, I'd pay the extra couple bucks for the DCC.
