Why pad out the Dino Charge and Ninja Steel lines with endless variants when previous Rangers were already a proven money maker? They could have even kept to the Dino/Ninja themes with Alien, Ninja Storm, and Dino Thunder Rangers. Would be a lot more appealing to people than useless cockpit modes.
