HMMs are complex kits with tons of tiny little parts--for some reference, my HMM Iguan ended up being the size of a HG gundam, but came in a MG sized box. The color separation is excellent, and there is a lot of nice mechanical detailing that you can pick out with paint or panel lining. Really nice kits overall, even if Koto does lag a bit behind Bandai in parts fit and plastic quality. I highly recommend you at least try out one.
And don't buy them from BBTS, shit is a ripoff. Buy from Amazon instead. Normally I would recommend the usual Japanese webshops, but beware, HMM boxes can get ludicrously big so you might end up paying a mint in shipping. Best to stick with Amazon for relatively low prices + shipping you can see beforehand.
