The problem here is that american statues like POPs and vinils are exactly the same shit as japanese statues, something that you just use as decoration, and they are allowed for some reason. The rule is just badly written.
If POPs and vinils are allowed, japanese statues should be allowed too.
If japanese statues are banned, POPs and vinils should be banned too.
