The red lines on the wings are water slide decals that are included with the model kit, these are easy to apply as any YouTube tutorial shows
And the black lines are panel liner/gundam marker, these are also easy to paint as the plastic parts have crevices where the lines are supposed to go, this allows you to just literally follow the line with the marker without the need of difficult and precise painting. Of course, you would have to buy a gundam marker or panel liner for this, no brush needed though.
The image on the right shows the kit without the waterslide decals and without the panel lining.
