>>7442625>>7442981Grats on the purchases, anons! I think you guys have picked up some fantastic figures, but I'm looking forward to your impressions as RD first-timers.
>>7444072>>7444363Just checked my Dom, and I don't notice anything particularly unusual about the front of the bazooka. I do notice it's possible to get a little flex on the front-end of the bazooka, which makes the front-end feel flimsier than the rear of the bazooka, but I don't think it feels delicate.
I believe the way the bazooka is constructed is that everything from the main grip backwards is generally a big solid piece. In front of the main grip, however, the bazooka tapers into a thin rod which the scope/foregrip can rotate around. The scope, foregrip, and then the front of the bazooka are looped over this thinner plastic rod. Thus, you can get a little flex at the point where the bazooka goes from being a big chunk of plastic to that thinner rod.
If your bazooka feels like it's doing something besides simply flexing at a thinner area of plastic, it's certainly possible that there's something wrong internally. I could see the bazooka potentially snapping at the thinner area with enough force, but at the same time I kind of feel like it'd be an all-or-nothing kind of break.
See if you can notice any kind of external damage to the bazooka, like chips or white stress marks on the plastic. Did the little fin on the top-left tip of the bazooka's barrel (conveniently hidden in my pic, doh) break or otherwise get dinged somehow? That's definitely the most delicate detail on the bazooka. I'd guess that if there's enough force placed on the bazooka to damage it internally, then there's a good chance there's some external damage and that fin would be a likely spot.
