>>6617806Gub jeb, I like it and ended pretty neat. I see you just went mud road on the wheels, if you didn't mentioned the gap/shitty mold form that pic I wouldn't look twice desu.
One "tip" is to add dark wash/oil/fuel effect to the center of the wheels to simulate leaks and higher mud accumulation that takes longer to dry and being on a hard surface the humidity remains more time so think about adding some small diluted drops and let capillarity work it's way.
>>6617807Took pic related before starting, perhaps I should've taken more but basically illustrates in general the proces. Get a palette that you can mix to a similar color of your base leather (in my case I used the abt 502 skin set and orange oil, probably burnt sienna would worked well too) and you apply them in an exaggerated way, like a crude color sketching if this was on paper.
Then with a small brush WET (almost no thinner as oils get smeared/lifted really easily) start to blend but retaining the high contrast, once all is done use a bigger brush without thinner and "drybrush" it applying 0 pressure just pass the brush carefully to obtain a softer final blend without loosing the rendered look. If you're more patient than me and leave them to dry longer, as it should be, you can blend it better on one go too.
