I've got glue, exacto knife, long nose pliers, wire cutters, tweezers, sander and a model mat.

Additionally, its really difficult working with that bronze photo etch stuff (the wheels on a Tamiya BMP-2 are fucking impossible). See pic related.

Just started a new model I recently bought - Trumpeter's BMP-2.

I still consider myself a novice, and have encountered for the first time photo-etched parts...after 5 minutes I can say with certainty that I hate them.

Any tips/tricks? What do you guys use to cut tiny little PE pieces off of their sprues? Is there any way to make gluing them less of a bitch?

I will update my progress with pics as I go - feel free to call me shit or give helpful advice.
