It isn't just the skirt, but she's also lacking the drop down hip assembly, and the larger range of motion in the diaphragm cut.
She does have some kind of ball joint assembly at the jacket and skirt area, but I gently but frimly pulled on the two halves and it didn't feel like it could pop apart like the original
D.Va could.
Range of movement is still solid on her.
