>>6918197I've had no problems with their pre-owned figures. I bought this figure (pic) pre-owned and he had 4 and a half stars and for the box he had a 4. I can't find anything wrong with the figure at all, it took me awhile to find something wrong with the box but even then it was two small tears on the top tab of the box. I assume the previous owner of him had went to open the box without cutting all of the tape so it ripped. But i don't know if someone has had problems with their pre-owned stuff before though.
