The fact he was created is because a lot of people didn't like the fact a doll and little girl represented /toy/, especially when it was really limited in showing /toy/'s interest in more than little girl toys. Abomination was created for that reason too. The Shinkibitch came later and wasn't like at all, because it was a single toy.

If you look through that one gallery with [unnamed girl because no one wanted her] you can see she doesn't do shit. Mostly just a background character that was created just to look cute.
And most of that art was created by /not toy/ because tans were more popular back when and they needed ANYTHING to represent /toy/ in their art, hence a generic robot appearing in more groupshots.
