>>10182911>>10182930>>10183010Well, after staying up 'til 3am, poring over the photos and prototype video, watching reviews of the MMC and PX, watching reviews of Victory Saber and even watching some episodes of Victory itself, I decided not to back it. The robot is great, but the transformation and alt-mode aren't up there for me for the pricepoint. I'm also not so keen on the MMC having looked into it more for similar reasons of transformation and altmode, even if the overall product does feel more high-end.
On the flipside, I had no idea the Planet X existed and I think it's great! It's got more than enough faults of its own, but the transformation looks satisfying and the kaiju mode looks legit fun in its own right. It also has those fun option parts, even if I think I might actually prefer the regular parts. Thanks to this thread for making it known to me.
tl;dr It's amazing that there's a bunch of options out there so that people can pick a Deathsaurus that's right for them, and so that some of you absolute mad bastards out there can buy them all and have a MFing Deathsaurus shelf lmao
