Actual Japanese text is 朱羅 (shura) which on its own can mean "scarlet silk" or "bloody gauze" depending on how edgy you want to get, but Koto forces a reading "Asura"
(阿修羅?) which is pic related.
"Asra" is a failure to transliterate アスラ correctly.
