>>5495998Man, I think you are going way overboard with that. The only time I've had to use an acrylic for sealing is when I'm doing plaster, and that is to prevent the plaster from absorbing the silicone. Silicone is pretty easy to seal, I currently use "Mann Ease Release 200" for 2 part molds, and even for casting silicone into silicone. If you cant get a hold of that, you can just use petroleum jelly, it works just as well. And with silicone you dont need to seal plastic parts with anything, just to keep the silicone from bonding to itself.
