It was a show accurate beast machines primal that some company released with a few high grade knockoff Beast Wars and beast Machines toys.
Most notably they made a Beast Wars Neo Randy that doesn't suffer from GPS and a Beast Wars Deluxe Grimlock that doesn't either. This was also released in the same line as a yellow Lio Convoy and a White Big Convoy and an oversized blue and red Waspinator. The Plastic quality was around the same as a regular beast wars figure.
