>>11121172Opened my Beast Box Air Brigade, and I love 'em. According to their individual cards, Thunder (owl) is the leader of the group, Overload (archaeopteryx) is the support specialist, and Black Wind (wasp) is the recon expert. Strangely, they're all referred to as 'it' or 'they' in their bios; I'm just going to assume Thunder is female while Black Wind and and Overload are male, given the canon sexes of all previous uses of their respective molds thus far.
The trio comes in a color scheme of gunmetal black, navy blue, off-white, and orange eyes/details except for Thunder, who swaps the orange for red; I like her color distribution the best, since she uses more white which really makes the blue pop, while the other two use more gunmetal and look a bit drab because it all blends together; she also has more accents than the other two (likely to signify her rank), and the red really works a lot better with the other colors than the orange does on her squadmates. All three members sport a small B.B.A.B. tampo on them somewhere, with a matching one on their clear dark blue box chargers (presumably for 'Beast Box Air Brigade', which is odd, given their packaging and individual bios list them as being the 'Beast Box Air Force' instead. Seems to have been a name change at some point between the packaging and the tampographs on the actual toys).
They're a neat little bunch, and use three really great molds; now I'm eyeing that Fire Department three-pack...
