Since they're already made Yamato smaller (185mm) they'll need to decide what to do with Crocodile, since he's shorter than Yamato, they could make him 180, that affects Franky, since he's shorter than crocodile, so he'll be 175 which would put him at the same height as an accurately 1/12 scaled Rob Lucci.
So you make Lucci shorter, 170, then kid has to be smaller, 165, now you have a shanks, mihawk, law and robin that all have to be the same height (160), or some one goes down to zoro/sanji height.
See how easily the house of cards can collapse.
This is why the DB line is in bad shape, particularly around the android saga because they choose to undersize 16 and cell.
