The Halloween costume and movie character are 2 separate licenses, since the costume was made by a company called Fun World before Scream was even a movie.
Dead by Daylight did a similar thing when they added Ghostface as a playable character to their game.
They got the costume rights from Fun World and for alternate costumes they used the other versions of the Ghostface mask that Fun World makes, pic related.
So I assume the 4 alternate heads are all going to be different Ghostface masks that Fun World makes like pic related, or maybe even the WAZZZUPP face
