Apparently Rosa was bullied a lot when she was young, as she first lived at a time and place where Polynians were uncommon, and that's a part of why she's with the bad dudes, even though those who discriminated against Polynians were later punished. Apparently said bad dudes also have a Motoroid mechanic girl by the name of Kitney (?). They seem to be planning something involving stealing artifacts from an early Polynian landing site.
