As far as usefulness goes, seems like headmasters > targetmasters >> powermasters. Although the latter moreso came out of necessity on Nebulon (were the Dreadwing boys or Optimus there? Why do they have powermasters). A bit scary to think that the Hi-Q/Prime situation supposedly is the inevitable conclusion of the binary-bonding process. Think Scorponok/Zarak sort of became one (noble) person too. Regardless, all binary-bonded -masters are our valued friends.
