The mp03 AT THE TIME was the level of perfection you could expect, it had its own character, it actually took the effort to hide the under carriage and the designer took a nifty approach to the measure to achieve that (if at the cost of a cheap meaningless armada starscream nod which is a shit way to hide skirt kibble), it could even show emotion, long before face plates on mp's were a thing.
The we got mp11, yes we got a better robot mode that could stand on its own 2 feet, but its a cheap cash in of a retool, it LOST the ability to express emotion (though it kinda works within the aesthetic mp10 gave us), its jet mode was back to the rest of how jets work with its under carriage, it also carried over flaws from mp03 that SHOULD of been fixed, the back would of been fine if the nosecone didn't become a fucking dick that stood out, and the head...
Its nice it's "ears" springing out but why make the head all glossy and shit when it has to SQUEEZE under a hoop, the asia release was smart enough to not only fix this PLUS changing the nose cone from painted grey (is this their attempt to nod the toy by encouraging people to strip paint from their completed shit?) to actual grey.
Oh and the pointless waist swivel, fuck there are so many things that needed to be addressed and instead of a seeker 2.0 we got a seeker 1.5.
I say all of this autism as a seeker fag, I own every seeker except for the mp-03 mold, I only have room for 2 more seekers and they are mp dirge and hasbro mp skywarp mp11 type, I have subjective myself to this fucking shitty mold and I have decided to commit to it simply to end my obsession to seekers.
