So, I just randomly had a thought. What if Mega Construx had an anime/manga line of sets? It doesn’t have to be a ton of sets for multiple series, it would just be like “anime greatest hits” collection, and some memorable scenes and/or locations, or vehicles and such. For example, one might be a Cowboy Bebop set, that might have Spike and Jet in it (maybe Faye, if they want to do that) and it would either have the a buildable Bebop. And there might be another one that has Spike’s personal fighter ship, which I can’t remember the name of.
I’m not sure if anime that’s “out there” would have sets made. Like, I’m sure it can be done, but I’m not sure how well DBZ and MHA would mix with the idea. With DBZ, for Super Saiyans, each transformation can just be a different head you pop on and off, and the energy blasts could be some kind of clear-colored clip on piece for their hands.
But I think anime that use guns and mechs and such might be a better fit, since Mega is already quite good with the kind of stuff.
