I've happened to buy from people on here close to where I live and was able to forego shipping costs for a meet up somewhere they normally go. I know shipping is going to make him more than $40 which is why I said I'd like to get him for $40. Absolutely not opposed to paying shipping cost.
On the plus side I was able to secure two of them from target for my SO and my bro in NC that can find them at all. So if I find anymore while I'm out ill post them on here for retail plus shipping.
