First off, what the fuck is going on with these hands? They gave the baton-holding ones the wrong hinge so he can't point them forward, but it looks like they tried to do an ass-backwards fix for that by making a second set that's actually molded to give them some tilt. That's a weird solution, but even that's fucked up because I got two right copies of it. Then he's got a guitar solo left hand that I figured was for the grapple, but it doesn't really fit anything well.
The lack of a thigh swivel hurts, but it's not as bad as I thought it would be. And I guess there really is one, it's just small and blocked off by the sculpt of the crotch, maybe I'll just cut some plastic out of it. A lack of a neck hinge is worse, he's always looking down when you have him lunging forward or even just sideways like in the pic.
The face is really nice though. And besides the thighs and wrong wrist hinges, I actually like the articulation, particularly the super deep forward cut on the ankles. He feels like somebody new to action figures saw a marvel legends, and said "this looks ugly, I can do better", and went figure first, action second. Overall I like him, but there're a couple VERY sketchy choices that make him feel like somebody dropped the ball. Is there anything else in the line worth picking up?
