Alt modes. Hatchet turns into the same Suburban as Crowbar, "Crankcase", and Berserker, and uses a similar transformation scheme with some minor tweaks; notably, his tail partsforms and is held onto his undercarriage by his dreadlocks (which are mercifully not made of rubber and don't need to be folded and tucked away like Crowbar's did).
Double-Punch has some weirdness going on with his transformation, namely with how his robot arms become his scorpion ones - his robot forearms fold up against his biceps and his hands slot into his shoulder pads, then his chest opens up and his arms basically get longer, with a separate set of elbows coming out of his sides. The end result doesn't exactly look like a pair of scorpion claws, but it's still cool. His legs do a weird thing where they unfold at the shins, rotate around, then close back up in reverse; his robot head doesn't transform at all and just flips up to become his beast one. Sadly, his tail base is blocked from moving forward any further than what you see in the picture, so while you can move the other joints in it, you can't make it lunge forward to jab at anyone.
These two are both pretty neat, and previously mentioned issues aside, Hatchet has a really unique robot mode. I suppose I really should hunt down a Berserker now to substitute as Crankcase to finish the trio, though I really don't care for having to scrub off that 'X' on his chest...
