It's only based on the fact that the set visits confirmed Onslaught will be using Long Haul's base body while his back, limbs and head will be different. Orange bot's design from the chest up seems like Long Haul's and that's how I got the idea. It's also plausible since Sentinel, a guy who actually looked decent-faced unlike the monstrous theme of Megatron and the other Cons, happened to be a bad guy by the end.
