>>5284501As other anons said, Obitsu heads will also fit, as will some other small vinyl doll heads. For other dolls in that scale, there's a (much more expensive) one made by Evethecat that is very pretty. A Pukipuki from Fairyland will also work in dollhouse scale though as a child or elf.
If your mom isn't set on super poseable dolls, maybe look for some great 1/12 artist dolls? Heidi Ott has somewhat poseable ones in great quality, and there's many artists that make static-pose dressed beautiful dolls in porcelain or polymer clay, like pic related. I bring these up because I go to a lot of dollhouse shows and these are by far the more popular options. I found these on
