Why are you humming on Hasbro for a IP that any toy company can grab? Hasbro doesn't even hold exclusive rights to Star Wars or Marvel. They don't own Star Trek, many companies have done Star Trek toys in the last ten years, they will keep trying but Hasbro has never had and likely never will have exclusive rights to the brand.
