Worst part of warhammer was always that you had to paint the minis. While yeah it's fun you can't play out of the box. This applies to 90% of board games these days. Cut the middleman.
Playmobils whole shitck is being generic which fits perfectly into roleplaying in the first place. Make the figures and parts cooler too.
