>>9582470Even with me mostly buying 3P these days, and the fact that Hasbro themselves sort of eliminated the need for it, it still weirds me out to think of people not buying 3P as a way to fill in their official collections. Haven't anticipated an official release in maybe 4 years now besides Beast Wars MP.
I mainly experience the mainline these days vicariously through my nephew(though I got him a 4th party MP-44 because he's been asking for one for a year now). Though I did pick up this little Soundwave on a whim, and while he's flawed I'm sure compared to NewAge or MS, I've been having so much fun fiddling with him. Also got a few like the Jurassic Park set and Kingdom Grimlock due to my own nostalgia. Got Airazor and will probably get Terrorsaur to round out my MPs since Takara has stalled on those.
