I've heard that when you use weathering powders, you generally don't wanna topcoat over them--and therefore the figure just sorta stays "dusty" and will rub off on your hands if touched. This unfortunately really bothers me. What will it look like if I apply matte topcoat (let's say Tamiya TS-80) on top of weathering powder? Will it dissolve it away, or just dull the effect?
