Concerning the sailor collar and big red ribbon
>Figma (#028) Hoshimura MakinaMakina has the most prominent combination of them. The angle is more extreme than G3's in this art, but the angle for G3's collar changes in the anime as she moves.
Concerning the buttoned shirt
>see the 5 recent Girls Und Panzer figma They lack the collar+ribbon, but lifting it off Hoshimura looks doable. They have the line of buttons+end of shirt split, but there are pockets down by where G3's belt (probably have to make this part yourself) should be. They're also all short.
Concerning the sleeve and arm design
>Figma (#088) Suenaga Mirai / Figma (#044) Izumi KonataBoth have a similar sleeve shape. Mirai is not short and of a similar size to #028, but has no pre-painted stripes. Izumi is short thus her arms are, but her sleeve size is actually big given the character design and has pre-painted stripes.
