Drawing-wise, its just a generic Spidey head, it's all bulbous and rounded and doesn't have the slim profile or chiseled jaw of the Pizza Spidey head. Eyes are shaped wrong too. I'm sure it's based on Pizza Spidey by simple process of elimination, but there are no real visual indicators of t hat in that head.
Whoever drew this is really shit at using their references. Almost all of the joints look fucked up in one way or another, there are missing and changed joints everywhere, and what the fuck is that hood thing? It's funny, you can always tell which artists are actually toy fans based on their understanding of the joints when they do stuff like this. Just like those carded action figure covers they did a while back, with the DCUC-esque joints.
