Likewise, you can do some unmasked heads for flash, like a crew cut, silver age Barry Allen, and a modern Barry, and one or two Wally's and then two with a full cowls.
It would be great for army building. I saw the Superman robot at Target today and skimmed a few reviews that all mentioned the same thing - it was a failing not to provide numbered plates that could be swapped to army build those robots and also alternate heads, instead of face plates. But it looks like Todd just wants to take the cheap and easy short cut, especially by created fake FOMO with these absurd minimalist production runs.

Everything else you mentioned sound good, but Todd very clearly wanted to nickle and dime us. I bought two of his three weapons accessory pack fand will likely end up selling about half of them once I figure out which ones I really want to keep and use. Most of them are pointless for what he's issued or become something like an excess of accessories for 1-2 characters.
To be fair, I imagine Mattel does this to Barbie buyers and Hasbro and other companies do it for their IPs. I don't think I've ever seen a good set/collection of accessories for any one Marvel Legends I own or ever considered buying.
