>>8974304I certainly don't regret buying my Criterion set, the subs are great and they're still the highest definition versions of the Showa films I own. It's absolutely shocking though just how much better the Arrow Gamera Collection set is than the Godzilla set. Actual Blu-Ray cases, nice and compact, bonus features, cheaper too. Neither set really gets the menus right though, it may seem like a minor thing, because it is, but fuck you I loved the menu's on the Classic Media sets. They looked very classic and always had the movies best track as the menu score.
