Filmation MOTU is a little trickier since lately a lot of merch has been carrying a byline that usually says "© Mattel under license to Classic Media". I even spotted that byline on the tag of this Bioworld MOTU shirt. Maybe DreamWorks has merch rights to Vintage MOTU while Mattel has toy rights? I have no clue at this point. It seems like both companies lay equal claim to the property at this point.
