Look at the upcoming Chaos Space Marines. These are meant to be variants of each other! Look at how many original parts were added to the sculpt. New head, shoulder pauldron, chest sigil, belt, spiked greave, 2 new weapons new backpack...it's damn near a whole different figure already.
