Doesn't look like they have the latter, but they still look good enough that they're very tempting. I don't know how satisfying figures that can't move their heads at all would feel though.
Then there's the fact that I would hate to commit to the line and then have Rocket Panda and Octopus Light end up as P-Bandai, which they probably will. Key, too.
Probably gonna end up getting the first couple releases to at least try out.
