I'd personally guess they'll skimp on the alternate heads/hands/accessories to do detachable default wings, and then do a specially shaped cloth goods cape like Splinter got in the colour of their respective wings, or a curved rubber "wing" cape thing.
This is why I've been suggesting/guessing Xanatos in steel clan armour will be produced before Goliath - it gives the sculptor and the factory a chance to figure out the default wings on the robot with static metal wings, before trying to develop organic flexible wings with different canon positions to recreate.
