>>10399330>its still a lot of free space. 200+ boxes even im keeping front flaps the space saved is actually massive and a lot more than just flattening the boxes. I have way more than that, at least triple and maybe even quintuple, and that's only a single large box worth of space. Granted, i have one of those oversized large black boxes with that plastic yellow lid, but only because i have oversized (flattened) boxes that need to fit inside and a bunch of cardbacks from American toys, but 300+ cardbacks can fit inside a single short comic book box.
Cutting boxes apart kinda ruins the appeal of it as "art". I like the idea that a toy box can be art.
Cutting stuff out, like photos from magazines, is super ghetto.
Also, i just found out they make plastic comic boxes. This doesn't take up any amount of space, unless you live in some shoebox apartment.
Smaller boxes like pic are also far more managable than what I'm currently using for my "art" box, but large boxes need space. Someday I'll frame the nicer ones, though i do keep some boxes intact and have those on display (GI Joe Vs Transformer SDCC boxes).
