I bought a fair few of these back in the day, opposite sentiment from me. The articulation was certainly impressive for the time (why I kept buying them), but the sculpts and paint felt like a soulless imitation of McFarlane to me.

Peak McFarlane, now that had a lot of soul even if it didn’t have any functional articulation...
