The only one I own is first form Frieza, and he's pretty good. I've seen most of the other you mentionned in stores: Hit and Cabba weren't looking great, but I didn't look at them in detail as I don't care for Super. SSGSS Goku was the best Goku Dragon Stars I had ever seen, Golden Frieza looked good and I would have bought a same looking non golden version.
Cell is the only one I never saw in person

Their base Frieza is pretty good too, so half the job is already done.
A Cooler wouldn't be too much work either, and I'd buy it for sure.
