For example, the blue one here is legit, you can see every "layer" is painted, it has a pearlescent whitish coat so it's not totally see through, and it has several different colors of shading at the tips. The red and yellow have softer molding, there is no nuance to their paintjobs, and they are clear so you can see inside them and it looks terribly cheap. The plastic on the KO effects does not feel great either.
However, I also think that the Tamashii ones are overpriced. So it's kind of a "you get what you pay for" situation, do you prize money or quality more? These can also be decent fixer-uppers if you are willing to repaint them yourself, but hey, time is money too.
